Samuel Eto'o was a Cameroonian striker who played for many football clubs but the most populal are Barcelona and Inter. He was borned at 10/3/1981 and he bagun his career at Real Madrid's academies. After many years he played for Real Madrid II which regelated to Segunda Division where foreign footballers weren't allowed to play. In fact we moved to Leganes where he scored 4 goals on 30 apperances and then he returned to Real Madrid. Next he loaned to Espanyol but he failed to make good impressions or participate to a match.

THE FIRST STEPS

Mallorca wins Copa del Rey.

After that dissapointed season Samuel loaned to Mallorca a Premiera Division's football club. He scored 6 goals on 19 appearances. When his first season on Mallorca ended he left Madrid and singed a contract with Mallorca. After that risky move he started catch the attention of richer and more successful clubs such as Barcelona. Thanks to Eto'o Mallorca won in the Copa del Rey final Recreativo de Huelva 3-0. Cameroonian star was sensational that day scoring 2 out of 3 goals. Many newspapers started congratulate him. Others were written that he will move to a bigger club and they were right.

At 2004 Samuel Eto'o joined to Barcelona and it was the time he always wanted to live. His dream came true and he made his debut on 29/8/2004. Barcelona won the title and organised a grand fiesta(aprty) in Camp Nou. There Eto'o was a litle bit naughty shouting to many Barcelona's fans that: "Madrid b@#%ards, slaute the champions". The Spanish football foundation sentenced Samuel to pay a hefty fine. Specifically Cameroonian star was oblighated to pay 12,000$. After that harsh punishment he publicy apologised.

SAMUEL'S EUROPEAN TITLES

On 2005-06 Champions League Barcelona faced Arsen Wenger's Arsenal to the final. There Barcelona had the opportunity to score a goal in the forst half when the Bomber's goalkeeper,Jehns Lehman, sent off for his tackling to Eto'o. Unexceptedelly Barcelona missed the penalty and the score remained 0-0. That Arsenal took the advantage of the previous miss and on 37' Sol Campbell scored 0-1.Barcelona's fans could not believe it. In the second half the Camerronian star scored and equalise the match 1-1. It looked like Frank Rijjkard, Bracelona's coach had an inspiration and made a substitution. Juliano Belleti replaced Oleguer and he scored in the 81st minute the most significant goal on his football career. Final score 2-1 another one overturn. Surely not like the above on 2005 where Liverpool equalise the match 3-3 and won on penalties.
After the final Samuel Eto'o awarded with Forward for the Year award. In the same season he was nominated to win the African Player for the Year award which finally won.

Toure,Eto'o,Keita and Barcelona's treble

Generally Samuel won many titles with Barca and he became the 2nd African Player who is close to win the FIFA player of the year award. Firts was the Liberian star George Weah.

2007-2009 were complex seasons for our African star. All begun when Samuel refused to come in the game against Racing de Standater as a substitution(2007). That triggered many comments and actions from teammates and funders. Ronaldinho, said that Eto'o didn't put the club first, but hiself. Barcelona's president stated that it is possible Samuel transferred in another club however, Eto'o continued playing for Catalonian club for 2 more years. In theese years he won one more Champions League cup against Manchester United.

The 2 football clubs were consisted by really popular players. Manchester United had in their academies Cristiano Ronaldo.Patrick Evra, Ryan Giggs,Wayne Rooney and Van de Sar(GK) and Barcelona had:Samuel Eto'o, Thiery Henry,Iniesta, Xavi, Puyol, Yaya Toure, Bousquets and many more wonderkids/stars. It is not irrational that Barcelona deserved the win. Samuel Eto'o scored at 10' and young Lionel Messi at 70' gives to Barca one more Champions League trophy.

INTER'S ACADEMIES

After theese magic years on Catalonia Eto'o transferred to Inter. Basically the two presidents make an agreement to exchange Ibrahimovic-Eto'o.

Samuel Eto'o faces the loneliness of victory

Cameroonian forward made his debut against Lazio where Inter lost but in the next game he scored against Bari. In the derby against Milan Eto'o made Genarro Gattuso to do a foul and see the yellow card. The game ended with an Inter's victory 4-0.
The remarkable fact is that when Samuel moved to Inter, the football club from Milan won in Champions League final against Bayern Munich. Although Samuel did not score but he was sensational creating the second goal. The goalscorer was Inter's forward Milito who scored at 35' and 70'. Final score 2-0. Eto'o was the only one player who won 2 consecutive champions league finals with 2 different football clubs.
He stayed at Inter for 2 years. After his transfer to Chelsea he had many consecutive moves to other clubs.

AFTER INTER

As I have said above Eto'o moved to Chelsea but before he went to London's club he "visited" Russia as Anzhi footballer. Fastly he became famous to Russian clubs and in 1 season he was number #1 Right Striker. Anzhi billionaire saw a great opportunity to Anzhi earn some cash selling the Camerronian striker. It was a wise move because Chelsea gave many to enter Samuel to her academies.

In Cheslea Eto'o was the man of the match on derbies. For instance against Tottenham Hotspur he scored in 4-0 victory. On Arsenal he scored too in 2-0 victory. He had the honour to be Fernado Torres teammate.

After the one-year-contract with Chelsea Everton made a bid and Smauel accepted the offer. In his debut he scored against his previous club (Chelsea) but it wasn's the goal that would save Everton. Liverpool's club lost 3-6 form Chelsea. He stated that he wanted to win Europa League with Everton but he didn't. Generally he scored 20 goals in all the competitions.

After a quick taste at Premier Leagues fields Samuer returned to Seria A as Sampdoria's forward. He didn't catch the impressions as he did with Inter.

When he understood that his career in going to end he did something that many players such as Pepe, Gekas, van Persie , do. He signed a contract with a Turkish football club. Specifically he moved to Antalyaspor.In Turkish super league he scored 13 goals

At 2015 he is at Konyaspor's roster. THere are many rumours that say he could come back to Italy and play for Lazio. Who knows?

INTERNATIONAL CAREER

Thanks to his wonderkid Cameroon "scramble" to African Cup top and participate many times at World Cup. Samuel Eto'o was nominated and finally won the African Player of the year 4 times. As a result he became the most time African player who wins African of the Year.

Many might wonder " Did Eto'o face racism in his career"? The answer is yes.On 2005 Barcelona's player played against Zaragosa and scored goals. Zaragosa players did something really inappropreate. All together they started behave like monkeys (I am not making a joke), holding a Eto's photo.

Another situation was in Inter against Cagliari match where a Cagliari's fan invade in the field and start swear Samuel for his colour. The Serie a foundation did nothing.
